Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following verified circumstances:

Service Delivery Issues

A booked service could not be completed due to a verified technical issue or was not delivered as promised.

Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

You were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a system or payment processing error.

Expert Unavailability

The assigned astrologer or expert was unavailable at the scheduled time and rescheduling cannot be arranged.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of Mind

If you decide to cancel after booking or after the service has already been delivered.

Partial Usage

If a consultation or service has been partially used or partially completed.

Dissatisfaction with Predictions

Astrology is interpretative by nature. Refunds cannot be issued for outcomes that don't meet personal expectations.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Booking / transaction details
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, receipts, if applicable)

Our team will evaluate your request and may ask for additional information if needed.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Timeline may vary depending on your banking channel or payment provider.

Cancellations

Advance Cancellations

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, except in verified cases of expert unavailability or technical failure.

Always cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

In the event of a billing dispute, we strongly encourage users to contact our support team first before initiating any chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions where misuse is detected.
